The turnaround time for a custom-made item is about 6-8 weeks. Many factors play a role to how long an item takes. This ranges from the type of style, color scheme, size and hide availability.
In the event of providing incorrect measurements, it is your responsibility to contact us ASAP. Our return policy and cancellation procedures will still apply. We are not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We use what you submit to us.
Ahhh, the most common question of them all. Why are we priced so high?-Well, a made to order leather garment, priced the same as an off the rack jacket? Safe to say we aren’t high priced. Many companies advertise faux leather or PU, which is a plastic compound, aka not REAL Leather. We control our own manufacturing without the markup of a traditional retailer. You get PREMIUM GRADE LEATHER no PLASTIC when purchasing from us. We believe that a leather jacket is a lifelong investment.
After placing your initial order, you have a total of 48 hours to decide if you want to cancel for a full refund. During that 48-hour time period you can decide to change/cancel/alter your order. Please note that the after the 48-hour period, our production team is creating the shape and pattern of your custom-made item just for YOU. After this 48-Hour window has passed, orders will NOT be refunded if it is cancelled. We advise you to carefully measure yourself using our size guide or watch our video on how to measure.
